Services & Frequency

Weekly Psychotherapy

For people beginning therapy or not yet ready for higher frequency work. Weekly therapy offers a steady, meaningful space to explore your inner world, your relationships, and what may be contributing to ongoing struggles.

Twice-Weekly Psychotherapy

This is the primary mode of deeper work in my practice. Meeting twice a week allows for greater continuity, emotional depth, and momentum. Many people find that this frequency supports more lasting emotional change, insight, and stability.

Intensive Work (3-5 Sessions Per Week | Contemporary Psychoanalysis)

Higher-frequency work is appropriate for certain clinical presentations and for those who feel drawn to a more immersive therapeutic process. This level of work is optional and never prescriptive. It unfolds in calm, grounded language and is shaped collaboratively based on what feels right internally for you.

How We Determine Frequency Together

Frequency is not decided by formula. We approach this collaboratively, with attention to your internal experience, your capacity, and what feels emotionally sustainable. The process is paced, attuned, and responsive rather than imposed.
